- Master Services Contract (MSA) with a city in Colorado to support their JD Edwards system for the next two years.
- Supported a national astronomy observatory’s enterprise to implement the JD Edwards’ EnterpriseOne software. Modules implemented included Financials, Job Cost, Change Management, Procurement, Contracts Management, Payroll, Human Resources, and ESS. The Denovo team worked closely with the client’s project management office following their predefined and ridged stage gate and approval process.
- Completed several projects for a southern California public sanitation district including:
- System Selection Guidance encompassing requirements definition, package identification, vendor evaluation, and contract negotiation support.
- QA on system integration project to oversee the implementation of JD Edwards.
- Custom development for new JD Edwards HR/Payroll reports as well as a custom module for tracking budgets.
- The recently completed effort to upgrade the California Redevelopment Agency’s JD Edwards system from OneWorld Xe to EnterpriseOne 8.12 included:
- A net change review to identify new functionality.
- A complete business process review to identify all processes which can be support by the new ERP system.
- Identify unsupported business processes which needed to be provided by the new ERP system.
- Procurement of new hardware to handle the new ERP system.
- Testing and training of users on the new system.
