Denovo had many clients in the professional services industry. Below is a list of some of our current and past engagements:
- Members of the Denovo CNC and Technology Architecture group recently completed an EnterpriseOne 8.12 implementation in support of a large international consulting firm with one of their Real Estate industry clients.
- Denovo recently completed supporting a JD Edwards World customer with redesign of a large insurance company’s G/L Chart of Accounts and related data conversion. Additionally our consultants helped develop new FASTR reports for management.
- We recently completed two projects for a leading independent broker and agency writer of automobile insurance and are actively supporting the third:
- An Assessment of this Southern California-based Insurance Company’s ERP System Selection Project. Oracle and SAP were finalists in the selection. Aided them with the completion of their process and planning for future direction.
- A project to select tools to support their company-wide budgeting process. Involved the detailed analysis and requirements gathering, evaluation of tool candidates, creation of an RFI to solicit information from vendor candidates, scripting and leading software demonstrations, and working with users to finalize the selection of a tool which would meet the firms growing needs.
- A project to aid with implementation of the selected budget too (Adaptive Planning), creation and design of the budget business process, and roll-out and implementation of the budgeting process using the Adaptive Planning tools.
- Support a national finance and accounting consultancy with its clients’ needs for understanding and reimplementation of JD Edwards Security schema to support new SOX compliance.
- Recently completed support of a client’s reimplementation of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 8.11. They had migrated from JD Edwards World and failed to implement new features in EnterpriseOne and did not properly convert and retrain their data.
